New comics in our shop for May, 2008...
Like most comic book stores, we get new comics weekly, typically on Wednesday afternoons.
If there is a holiday that week, shipments are typically delayed until Thursdays.
Any new comic books or graphic novels that we do not carry (or for which are out of stock),
we can order for you (providing they are still available from our distributor).
We may sell out of some issues each month. To guarantee that you get the issues you want,
sign up for the NOVA Comics subscription service!
We get our new comics and graphic novels directly from
Diamond Comic Distributors, Inc.

We can order anything available from Diamond's monthly
Previews catalog, and can
re-order books that have sold out. We generally have a good idea what will be available, but we
are limited by our distributor's availability. You can see what's available by following links below.

When you come into the store, let us know your name and we will hand you the comics
we have reserved for you. You are still invited to browse, but now there is no need
to search through the shelves each week, and no risk of running out of the titles you want.

Minimum Requirements for Opening a Subscription Box
- One regular monthly title
- Subscription box must have activity at least once every four weeks
Activity is defined as the purchase of most or all of the product
in your box, or a good faith arrangement by you with comic shop staff for purchase of same,
based upon issues stemming from work, personal, or military obligations.
Sign up for our subscription service today! You can sign up in our shop, or via
email. Just tell us
which comics you want us to reserve for you, your name and mailing address, your phone number, and an email address.
If signing up by email, we will send you a message confirming your list, telling you your box number, and providing
you the terms and conditions of service. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call at (703) 912-6682, or
email us.
You can change, add, or remove comic book titles from your subscription list at any time. By signing up with
our service, you agree to come into our retail location at least once per calendar month, or contact us at the
store to let us know when you will be in to pick up your books.
